Yes, you can logon to https://cp.yourdomainname and manage your website. Here you will have to provide your user name and password given to you at the time your account was created.

Do I have a control panel for my Reseller hosting account from where I can manage my Clients? 
Yes, you can logon to your WHM (http://www.yourdomainname/whm and manage your clients and their domains. Here you will have to provide your user name and password given to you at the time your account was created.

My CGI scripts are not working! 
There are several reasons why your CGI script is not working: -You have uploaded your CGI script in BINARY mode. -Please use ASCII mode when uploading your CGI scripts. -Your file permisions on your script have not been set. You must change the file permissions on any CGI programs to be world-readable and world-executable. Your FTP client most likely has an option to change the file permissions (or CHMOD). Just set the permissions on that file to 755, or Owner Read & Execute, Group Read & Execute, and World Read & Execute.

How do I transfer files to my website? 
Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP). If you need FTP, telnet, mail, or other Internet software, visit Shareware.com. www.Shareware.com is a source for the latest Internet applications with ratings and reviews to help you decide which application is best suited for your needs. An FTP tutorial is also available for beginner users who may not be familiar with FTP. We can recommend you using the FileZilla.

Will I be able to access my site for updates 24 hours per day? 
You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such, you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your web site at your leisure.

How long does it take to setup a new account?
New accounts are set up in less than 6 hours from the time we receive your payment confirmation. Once an account is set up, we will check your account and an activation notice will be sent to you via email including your user-ID, password, and FTP host name. You can begin uploading files to your new web site immediately.

Yes, you have an option in your control panel from where you can password protect your directories.

Can I use FrontPage extensions on my site? 
Yes, we do allow FrontPage extension on both Linux and Windows hosting accounts. Also resellers get that feature too.

Are databases available for use on the web server? 
Yes, we have MYSQL on our linux server and Linux reseller hosting packages. Also SQL server 2008 and MySQL on our Windows 2003 / Windows 2008 server.

What is a 'quota'?
A 'Quota' is a specified size limit imposed on your accounts. You can set quota's on Email accounts and FTP accounts to restrict the amount of disk space used by those accounts. You also have a DiskSpace quota which applies to your entire webspace including any databases you may have. You Disk Space quotas are determined by the hosting package you sign up for.

No, you are not required to transfer your domain to us. You need to just change the Domain Name Servers (DNS) setting with your current domain registrar. DPW Technologies DNS information is emailed to you when you add a domain during sign-up

Can I test my website before changing name servers to DPW Technologies? 

Yes, for each domain you add to the control panel, you'll be given an Instant Access through IP, which you may test your site before its actually resolving.

What is Summary Disk Space? 
Summary Disk Space is the total amount of space you can use across our servers. It is inclusive of web space (for your website files), mail space and database space. This space is based on average usage and not allocation.

How much Mail Box and SQL Quota do I get in each Hosting Plan? 
You can use as much MySQL space and e-mail space as you want under your total Summary Disk Space.

After I sign-up, can I change my billing period and is there any discount? 
Yes, contact our sales department and ask them to do this. There is no discount, but we charge same amount mentioned on the web.

If my bussiness expands can I upgrade to a higher Hosting Plan? 
Yes, any time you can upgrade into higher plan and it is free. But you will have to pay the difference between hosting packages.
